Hotel location is just perfect. Access to the beach 10m. Great hotels with superb food. Room are big and very modern. Absolutely recommend for holidays or weekend trip.

The rooms are dated , and not very clean . There is an elevator and cafe on the facilities. Once a week they play really loud music in the cafe that is open to the rooms. Which you must suffer until 10pm even though you talked to the manager who repeatedly said there is nothing he can do. But they did offer to refund my stay if I wanted to leave for another hotel at 8 pm .

Update 04/01/2025: I didn't comment previously but feel compelled to after reading comments from the owner in reaction to bad reviews left by other guests. When the guests get the impression that the owners come across as arrogant and domineering, then the responses of the owners to the negative Google reviews speak for themselves. I think we had the misfortune of staying in a part of the hotel, which was in sore need of renovation. For the price paid (owing perhaps to the seafront views), the basic stardand for hotel amenities was simply lacking. A clogged-up bathroom basin, cold water in the showers across multiple rooms for multiple days despite us informing reception, room service that didn't appear to have shown any noticeable signs that they had cleaned the rooms. All these factors made the stay all the more unpleasant. We stayed at the hotel for New Year's Eve celebrations, and have to give credit to the restaurant and entertainment staff for a positive and enjoyable night. But that is where the positivity (along with the location next to the beach) ends. I'm certainly not a guest that expects absolute luxury and have had great experiences with only basic means across my travels, but simple hotel amenities are not of a standard that merit the price paid at this place. It's a pity because the hotel has so much potential. If the owners put more effort into rectifying amenities as opposed to acting aloof and condescending towards guests during their stay and writing rude responses to genuine opinions about the place, then the situation might be somewhat better. I hope this for the hotel in the future.
