L'Edmond Hôtel

Suburb location - upscale residential with all shops, marketplaces and metro within steps. Easy to access all of Paris with the nearby metro. Safe area. Beautiful rooms. Comfortable beds. Kind and helpful staff. We had a few minor maintenance needs that were addressed promptly. Have stayed here twice and would return again.

Wonderful spot in the 17th. Great little neighborhood with plenty of Cafes and shops just down the street. Metro station is less than one block away. We love to stay at Sonders and this one did not disapoint.

The location is excellent and the room was comfortable. However, I requested early check in after a long flight, which was confirmed in February for our July stay. When we arrived we were told it wasn’t possible and they wouldn’t honor the request even though the app said 2 pm arrival, not 4 pm. I was still charged for the early check in and despite multiple messages via the app, no one will get back to me. We also had a broken refrigerator and dirty dishes in the dishwasher, despite having to wait for our room. If you want true customer service this is not the place.
