Lee Byre

I spent a lovely 4 nights in this gem of a B&B. My room was clean, spic and span, and filled with luminous timber artworks by the host’s mother. Guy and Katherin were welcoming and attentive hosts. Breakfasts were superb with a range of homemade and homegrown produce, and dinners were just as fabulous. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

10/10 location 10/10 food 10/10 room and bath 10/10 hosts. Simply delightful in every way. We can't wait to return. There were some unexpected ways that they go above and beyond but I won't spoil it for you, try it and see. Lee Byre will not disappoint. .. providing you love food, glorious setting, beautiful rooms and lovely people.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel incredibly welcome. We came to stay for a long weekend and for a wedding in the area. The room was pristine and decorated in a lovely cottage feel, it also had delicious homemade cookies waiting for us! The views were simply beautiful in all weathers. Breakfast was all laid out in the morning with homemade honey, granola and jam. We also had the option of a cooked breakfast each morning. Unfortunately we didn't get much time to go exploring the nearby areas due to a busy weekend but we'll definitely be returning to go for some hikes and a bit of a wander.
