We are Florida residents. No annual passes or fast passes. We stayed at the LL hotel ninjago 3 nights with 6 & 8 year old from 8/8-8/11. We ate at Shipwrecked, off site at First watch, Ovation bar and grill had amazing food. 2 liter to refill our souvenir cup (only paid for the day) or refilled water. Snacks from Walmart. In the park we had apple fries with and without ice cream (the latter was amazing) and dippin dots. I bought a pair of glasses that broke just by me trying to clean them. I asked for help in the water park and an older lady wasn't helpful saying no returns without receipt. I went to where I originally bought them and they gave me a refund. I lost my hat I bought for this trip. I'm hoping I'll find it in the mail one day. I found hotel staff to be very helpful. My kids weren't interested in the nightly entertainment or the free for all building areas so no experience with that. We had a AC issue the last night we were there. We were given fans since maintenance wasn't available. I'm glad we didn't have to change rooms. The housekeepers cleaned our rooms daily and had no issues. We would definitely go back to Legoland. It was a great experience for the kids. We loved the LL park and waterpark. We went to Peppa park when they were younger and skipped Sealife. The hotel rooms should be a lot cheaper considering you have to pay $33 a night for parking and no complimentary breakfast.
A first in the family vacation books for Legoland Hotel Florida. A themed experience for any Lego fan. There is lots to see and do here. The service was top notch on the occasion we visited and our expectations were met with satisfaction. A live gator encounter during our mini-golf experience (call it an encounter - it was minding its own business in a fenced pond area). The kids had fun swimming in the pool which did get busy a couple times. Many food options but you need to check the serving times. A short walk to Legoland Park so that you can take a break during the day and go back later. An innovative parking area with a bank of solar panels shading the vehicles parked underneath. We stayed in the Pirate themed rooms and the kids had a blast. A quick shoutout to the Shipwreck restaurant! You have to take the elevators to each floor - kids will laugh. Enjoy!
We took our toddler and infant for a stay at this hotel last weekend. We originally booked a room at the beach retreat but were moved to the Legoland hotel. All of the service was great, but the hotel seemed like it was in desperate need of repairs. The room was DISGUSTING! It clearly was not cleaned well between guests. There was snot wiped on the side of the bed, the sheets were stained, the trundle bed barely rolled, the room smelled very musty, and when it infant crawled in the floor her legs and hands were black! There's no sitting area. If you're children are napping, there's no way to keep it quiet because the kids area is right next to the hall. We love Legoland! However, if the hotel doesn't make some improvements, we won't be back.
