Legoland Hotel Dubai

We had such a lovely time visiting this place! It was the perfect spot for a fun family outing. My kids and I enjoyed every moment — from the welcoming atmosphere to the activities that kept the little ones entertained and happy. Everything was clean, well-organized, and family-friendly. It’s definitely a place we’ll come back to again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to make sweet memories with their children! 🌟

What truly stands out in this hotel is the kindness and exceptional helpfulness of the staff. Check-in and room allocation were fast and smooth, something I rarely experience in other hotels. Special thanks to the friendly and accommodating team for making the process easy and pleasant. The children loved the LEGO-themed room, and breakfast and dinner were good and tasty. However, the pool is very small, more like a kids’ splash area, with yellowish water, too much chlorine, and non-working filters. The pool bathrooms were not clean, water overflowed due to poor drainage, and there was nowhere to hang towels or clothes. The hallways smelled damp, and the rooms lacked basics like toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds, comb, slippers, or sewing kits. Towels did not absorb water well. The drinks area was extremely limited despite our all-inclusive booking and was not kid-friendly. The hotel is also far, and the nightly rate is high compared to other closer hotels with better facilities. It is good for families with young LEGO lovers but needs improvement in facilities and cleanliness for the price.

We had the pleasure of staying at Legoland Hotel Dubai from June 13 to 15 to celebrate our son's birthday. The hotel itself is truly fantastic, especially with its indoor play area for children. My son particularly enjoyed the 9:15 AM morning exercise session. Although we didn't get to explore the entire theme park extensively, as some areas are currently under renovation, we still had a wonderful experience. Our son is 95 cm tall, and since most of the rides are located inside the Imagination Area—which was also under renovation at the time—we couldn't access all the attractions. The only small suggestion would be to perhaps extend the theme park and water park operating hours, especially during the summer months, since the temperatures from 10 AM to 4 PM can be quite hot for young children. The breakfast offerings was not bad, but not so good also. sausages were dry, the egg station opens late, and more on Indian foods. Sandy, the customer service was superb! thank you for taking extra effort on our request. We appreciate Sandy for the quick service. Overall, we had a memorable stay and look forward to visiting again soon!
