Our family had the most wonderful night at this hotel! A special thanks to Yumina for her incredible help during check-in—she was so warm, genuine, and spoke beautiful English, which made the process smooth and welcoming. The kids were absolutely thrilled and had such a great time. We will definitely visit again

We got the pirate themed room and it was very cute. It was 2 rooms connected to each other and there was a total of 6 beds 2 king size and 2 bunk beds. There were 2 bathrooms as well and 4 t.vs. There is a little treasure hunt you can do in the room as well for younger kids.

I have four kids, and they absolutely love the rooms and it is such a great concept. It would be nice if you could at least close the doors put a pocket door similar to what they have for the bathroom. Service was great. Everyone was so friendly, but I’ve gotta say the food was pretty bad. we only had breakfast there each day and it was fairly comparable to chef Mickeys at Disneyland. I was a little bit, surprised that they harassed me at the milk dispenser because I was trying to put milk at the beginning of our meal into my kids bottles since the kids are one and three. even if I was taking it home, you think this might be OK, especially considering that I don’t believe you can buy milk anywhere on the entire premises and you have to go back to the train station to buy it according to the front desk. then again, I can’t imagine that I resort for families would have any need to buy milk.
