A nice place to stay while visiting Plovdiv, staff is polite and ready to help, rooms are clean and cosy.
Rude staff odd decoration breakfast lunch and dinner are the same, conferance rooms Air condioning are bad the only stars given for its central location .
the room is very bad, very dirty, the staff is very unfriendly. We haven't cleaned the room in a couple of days, we even told them to clean something, but they didn't do anything. The hotel is just awful.
