Leisure Inn Grand Chanakya

Had a really pleasant stay at Leisure Inn Grand Chanakya. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety and fresh options. Staff was polite and responsive, and the service overall was smooth and professional. Rooms were well-equipped with a mini-bar (alcohol available), security locker, and a spacious, clean bathroom-which was a big plus. Location is also convenient, and the property feels safe and well-managed. Would definitely recommend for both business and leisure ys in Jaipur

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a fairly pleasant experience, with a few areas that could use improvement. Here’s my breakdown: Pros: Cozy & Clean Rooms: The room was well-maintained — clean, comfortable, and just the right size for a relaxing stay. Smooth Check-In: Despite arriving well before the official check-in time, the onboarding process was seamless and hassle-free, which was a big plus. Polite Staff: The staff was courteous and professional throughout our stay, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. Shopper’s Paradise: The location is excellent, especially for those who love to shop. There are plenty of shopping outlets and local markets nearby. Valet Parking Available: The hotel offers valet parking service, which adds a nice touch of convenience for guests with vehicles. Café Viva: The café at the hotel (Café Viva) serves good quality food at competitive prices, making meals convenient and enjoyable without breaking the bank. Cons: Housekeeping Concerns: This was the most disappointing part of the stay. After room cleaning, we had to repeatedly remind the staff for a fresh towel set, and even then, the request was only partially fulfilled. Might’ve been a one-off incident, but worth mentioning. Parking Reality: Although valet is offered, there’s no actual hotel-owned parking space. Our car ended up being parked on the main road, which felt a bit unsafe. Chargeable Snacks Confusion: A little clarity around the in-room snacks would have helped. While we were informed that the bar items were chargeable, the snacks left on the table came across as complimentary "welcome snacks" — only to find out at checkout that they were chargeable too. Noise Disturbance: Some rooms are poorly soundproofed, and we experienced noticeable noise around midnight — possibly from the top-floor restro bar or somewhere outside. It wasn’t unbearable, but definitely impacted sleep quality. Conclusion: This hotel has quite a few positives going for it, especially in terms of comfort, location, food, and hospitality. However, attention to details like housekeeping and clearer communication would go a long way in elevating the guest experience. I wouldn’t rule out staying here again, but would hope to see some improvements next time.

Here are some issues we faced: 1. *Unhygienic conditions*: The washroom lacked basic amenities like a bucket. 2. *Poor ventilation*: The exhaust system was inadequate. 3. *Cramped room*: The room space was insufficient. 4. *Lack of service*: Staff didn't clear dirty plates. Overpriced Considering the poor service and amenities, the rates were unjustifiably high. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially given the expensive tariffs. Advice Based on our experience, we'd advise potential guests to explore alternative options that offer better value for money.
