The hotel’s location was excellent, and the views from the property were absolutely stunning. However, to enhance the overall guest experience, a few improvements in logistics are recommended—such as providing hand wash in the bathrooms and installing two-pin sockets for convenience. Moreover, regular cleaning of the rooftop area (39th floor) would further elevate the quality of service.

I received a different room than the one I booked, while I specifically paid more for this room design. There were no small towels to dry your hands, no hand soap, and no shower wall so the whole bathroom was wet after showering. There was also dirty underwear from the previous guest in the bathroom cabinet… Instructions for check-in and check-out were unclear. Be aware that this is a big building with 39 floors, where all guests have booked with several companies. The pool on the rooftop is nice, but there are only 5 sun beds for all these guests. What is very nice: the hotel has an ATM and supermarket inside. Plus the location is good. This made the trip easier! It’s definitely worth the price, I just wish I would’ve gotten the room I booked and the listing was correct.

Misleading info about rooftop pool and poor follow-up We stayed for 4 nights and booked this hotel specifically for the rooftop infinity pool, which was shown prominently in the listing and confirmed as open after booking. However, upon arrival, we found a sign in the lobby stating the pool was closed until July. We reached out immediately, and while staff were polite, we received delayed and vague responses for days. A very modest refund request (less than 7% of the total stay) was ultimately declined, even though they acknowledged it was fair. We were offered a late checkout (which we didn’t need) or a discount on a future stay—which doesn’t help when you’re unlikely to return. The room itself was fine, but if amenities like the pool matter to you, I’d suggest confirming everything in writing before booking. The lack of transparency and accountability was frustrating.
