An oasis in the great karoo. Stunning setting and grounds with spectacular views. Plenty of Game to view on the farm too, with hiking/running trails. Rooms are very spacious with good beds & bathrooms. Delicious buffet dinner and farm style breakfast. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Pet friendly is a welcome bonus. Deciding to overnight here was an inspired choice. Thank you Lemonfontein.
An ideal stopover en route from Cape Town to Kruger National Park and just a few miles out of Beaufort West, on the N1. Fantastic location, quite literally an oasis in the Karoo Desert! The staff are very welcoming, the rooms are spotless and extremely comfortable and meals, served on the veranda, were delicious. I so enjoyed myself that I’ve changed my plans for the return journey and will stop there again in two weeks time!
