Had a very disappointing experience at Lemon Tree. Being a reputed name in the hospitality industry, I had high expectations, but the service quality was shockingly poor. The staff was extremely slow in serving, and the food quality has clearly gone downhill. To top it off, the beer was served without proper chilling — it felt like being in a local third-class bar, not a premium hotel chain. Really expected better. Hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the overall.
