Hotel is very nice. Rooms were clean. They offered an hour earlier before our check in . Also, we were travelling with a kid and the staff offers to have food for him. They made it "Kichidi" which wasn't in our menu. I liked the food at there cafe as well. Breakfast was very nice

For the amount being paid, I expect the rooms to be slightly bigger than they currently are. Also, at some places, we felt the service isn’t upto the mark. We had to follow up with the staff 4-5 times before they delivered our luggage to the room. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant, the restaurant is decent. TL;DR Overall it’s good, but there is still room for improvement

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the non-crediting of Infinity Reward Points to my membership ID, despite a continuous stay of over 50 days. I have reached out to your customer service team multiple times but have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. We are a group of five guests currently staying at your hotel, with plans to continue our stay for another 60 days to complete our work commitments. However, the lack of support and unresolved rewards issue is forcing us to reconsider our accommodation arrangements. I request that someone from the management team reach out to me directly to resolve this matter urgently. At this point, it appears that the Lemon Tree Rewards program is ineffective and merely a promotional tool rather than a genuine loyalty initiative. I hope to receive a prompt and positive response, failing which we will be compelled to explore better alternatives.
