Exceptional Service and Hospitality at Lemon Tree Hotel, Shimona I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lemon Tree Hotel, Shimona, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. Having stayed at many hotels before, I found the level of hospitality here to be truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the service was seamless. A special thanks to Mr. Rajasekar Reddy, the manager, for the warm welcome and for personally ensuring that every detail was taken care of during our time at the banquet. The food was excellent and thoroughly enjoyed by all. I would also like to commend the staff who went above and beyond to make us feel at home: Navin, Manish, and navin at the bar counter, Rani from the security team, Rama Chanran, and Ajai at the front desk. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a lasting impression. The entire team made us feel like family, and we are truly grateful for the experience. We look forward to returning soon!

The property is more in line as a 3 star business hotel and maintained reasonably. Rooms and bathrooms could use Deep cleaning and pest control. Buffet breakfast was good with few variations to standard options served. The staff are polite and courteous. The property needs better maintenance to common area facilities, for eg. One of the lists was not operational during the stay. Wasn't a deal breaker but didn't look good for the brand that is Lemon Tree.

Overcharge against corporate fair….. Though it was short business trip to Chennai, they have overcharged against my corporate plan as per company policy and corporate tie up. In addition, given standard room having basic amenities against overcharged rates. Food was also salty which ordered as room dining (Biryani). Overall satisfactory stay…..
