Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugram

Lemon Tree Premier City Centre is one of the best standalone hotels I’ve stayed at. I was here for 3 nights during a business visit to Gurgaon. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions throughout. Rooms were spacious and felt quite luxurious, and the room service was decent. My booking included a complimentary breakfast buffet, which was impressive with a mix of South Indian, North Indian, and English breakfast options. There was a small issue during checkout, but the front desk was helpful and promptly shared their contact details to get it resolved.

Being a business traveller we stays 5 star hotels in every city's almost every month,but honest opinion this hotel experience is on top of all other hotels . We are very happy at this hotel. Stayed last year as well. Front staff , restaurant staff , head chef Mr Suresh, front desk Mr Deepak, House keeping staff Mr Sunilkumar and Sunilkumar Dogra. General Manager Mr Panchal all of them are very cooperative and ready to help for any difficulties or problems in room or any service. Breakfast is also very tasty. Rooms are big ,clean ,toilets are also very clean with all amenities. Highly recommending this hotel .

I have been staying at this hotel regularly for the past year, usually for periods of between 2 and 4 weeks at a time. I find the hotel to be comfortable and clean. The location is quiet and located close to the main highways through Gurugram providing ready access to most parts of the city. The rooms are checked and bed linen, bath towels etc. are changed regularly. Laundry is processed quickly and generally returned by 5 to 6.00 pm on the day of collection. I have found the showers provide a good supply of hot water for bathing. Beds are comfortable and generally the rooms and corridors are quiet affording a good nights sleep. WiFi is free and available throughout the hotel although at times can be a little slow All staff have been polite and efficient. In particular the Restaurant/bar staff who have always been polite and attentive. I have always found a good selection of well prepared local and international foods available in the restaurant provided that you are prepared to scan the al'a carte menu and wait for your choice to be prepared for you. If you are in a hurry, the buffet generally provides a good selection of popular dishes.
