Lemon Tree Premier Corbett

I had a wonderful experience at the lemon tree hotel with my family. The staff was warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable stay. The ambiance of the hotel was peaceful, and the food served was delicious with a good variety. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying stay—I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Their was no delaying at any work.

The location is awesome, almost at the end of Corbett and on the verge of jungle. You can visit river stream though it doesn't have much water in off season. Service is good but not that of 5 star. Our special request regarding anything were denied like having some doughnuts for my kid in packing so that he can have later, towels were not properly replenished. But then it is a very good property. They are not big but sufficient, they have kids activity area which is well made and stocked with colors and games. Outdoor games were also there. They have live music in the evening. Food is just awesome.

This seems to be an old property while the crew was overall nice but the service was average... Had longer wait times for just getting the room serviced by housekeeping.. Food tasted just average. Not up to the 5 star resort level mark.. Also while dining in restaurant citrus, at one time I literally had to wait 10 mins just for the rotis and had to scream for waiters to action and bring it.. And next I see it is roti they got was still without butter.. So these kind of things theyre missing on in terms of a 5 star service but still as i mentioned, staff was courteous overall.. The pros of the resort is, 1. Location (just 8 mins drive from Dhikala zone dhangari gate)., 2. Swimming pool is just awesome, my kids enjoyed a lot in the kids pool, they also have a jacuzzi next to it but I didn't see the jacuzzi in working condition though, and 3. The river access, we as a family really enjoyed in the river... Overall good pleasant stay.
