The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. However, I did face one concern during my stay. There was an instance where a staff member entered our room without knocking or seeking permission, which was quite unsettling. While I understand that it might have been unintentional, I believe guest privacy and security should always be a priority. Apart from this one incident, everything else about the stay was wonderful. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and ensures better protocols are followed in the future.

We stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel, HiTech City from the night of May 26 to the afternoon of May 27. Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel only around 11:30 PM. Unfortunately, the experience from the start was disappointing. Despite having requested a crib in advance, it wasn’t provided, and the luggage we were told would be sent to our room took over 30 minutes to arrive. What shocked us most was the condition of the bathroom—the toilet seat had not been cleaned and was left with urine stains. It was truly disgusting and unacceptable. It took time to get someone to clean it properly. We also asked for baby milk, which was delayed. Later, we were informed that the crib couldn’t be provided because the previous guest had stained it badly—something that should’ve been communicated upfront. Adding to the frustration, we were asked to check out by 1:30 PM the next day—despite checking in so late and not even staying 24 hours. This lack of flexibility meant we had to rush our exit and book another hotel room elsewhere just to get a few more hours of rest. I was quite disappointed by the rigid check-out time and the overall neglect in cleanliness and responsiveness. That said, there were a few positives. The lobby and main areas had a pleasant ambience, and the food was excellent. Both dinner and breakfast featured a wide variety of delicious dishes. Though it took a little time to get a high chair, the restaurant staff were warm and accommodating. I’d absolutely recommend dining here—but unfortunately, the overall stay didn’t meet expectations.
