The location is great because it is in the city center. However, the receptionist returned the delivered items without any notice. When I asked why, they said it was hotel policy. If I hadn‘t checked, I would have returned home without receiving the items on the last day. The male receptionist was rude and did things his own way. I think it would be good to keep this in mind.

I went 3 times in this hotel in two years. It is well located, design of the room is great but there are several problems in my opinion that’s why I stopped going here. - you have to leave your passport or 500.000vnd on arrival. I do not find this normal. - the gym is too small - the insulation of the rooms is very average. We hear a lot of street noise. - the hotel becomes very noisy and full. - the prices are only increasing year by year while the hotel is getting old and not renovated
