Lennox Hotel Miami Beach

From the moment I arrived at Lennox Hotel Miami Beach, I knew I was in for a special experience. You’re greeted with a glass of champagne at check-in, which immediately sets a luxurious and welcoming tone. The front desk staff was incredibly professional and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The hotel itself is beautifully designed stylish, modern, and immaculately clean from the lobby to the rooms. The pool area was one of the highlights of my stay. It’s peaceful and well-maintained, and the poolside bar service was fantastic. The drinks were fresh and delicious, and the staff made sure I was comfortable and taken care of throughout. Lennox Hotel combines elegance with excellent service, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this gem in Miami Beach for anyone looking relaxing getaway.

Finding the Lennox Miami Beach, was an incredibly fortunate thing. This hotel is fantastic. It truly does epitomize the concept of small luxury hotel. The atmosphere is amazing. The courtyard with the infinity pool and plants is nothing short of paradise. I can’t imagine a set up that would be better. We booked a poolside Terrace room and that was a solid choice. The rooms have full glass doors that lead out onto exterior walkway and the pool courtyard. Some of them are directly on the pool courtyard and some are on partition hallways, created by curtains and plants. I cannot stress the amount of plates in palm trees, and ferns that this hotel has in their courtyard, it is truly amazing. We are a king bedroom that wasn’t super spacious but was just fine for what we needed and we’re doing the bathroom is large with a walk-in shower. Everything is definitely upscale. The thing that made the experience for us was the service though. We booked this for one night after disembarking from a cruise so we wound up arriving at about 9:30 in the morning. They were able to accommodate us and get us in super early. The lady working the front desk was so incredibly gracious and nice as was the bellman. It’s clear that the culture here is meeting the customers need and attending to them. we interacted with several other staff while we were here and found that to be very true of everybody. Luz was working the front desk the evening of our stay and again the next morning. She was particularly sweet and proactive about anticipating our needs. The hotel offers chairs and an umbrella for you to take to the beach, which is just across A1A . They have a golf cart that they will happily transport you within a mile of the hotel. all in all, I will happily consider returning to the Lennox Miami Beach and probably would return to Miami Beach specifically because of the Lennox hotel.

I was very disappointed with the general vibe and customer service. They quickly run through a bunch of details about the hotel and when things open and close, then give you a letter that basically only says you get two (warm) waters and two coffee pods for free. Yet they did not include the important information. There were a lot of signs to indicate that everything in the room cost extra and one telling you not to take the shampoo, conditioner , etc or you would be charged $25 each. I think there is a better way to state that, like they are not complimentary please leave for the next guest, etc. They also kept telling us that the beach closed at 5 pm. Finally they were able to communicate that yes it is a public beach and the beach doesn't close but the shuttle service ends and they take away the chairs and umbrellas. The shuttle and valet ($45 a day) took forever. Then we realized it was the same poor guy doing both. Want towels for the beach? Good luck. You can only get them from housekeeping after they clean your room by which at that time you have already left for the beach. They will not provide towels at the desk. The rooms were beautiful and the entire hotel. I was just so put off by the service and constant reminders of extras. I don't expect things to be free but this was just weird. Not what I would expect from a Hilton.
