Overall, staying here was okay, especially for those who enjoy exploring the Bursa area. It's conveniently located near a mini market and fast food restaurants, which was a plus. However, there are a few downsides: the hallways rely on motion sensor lighting, which makes them quite dark; the elevators are small and there are only two of them; and the bed was a bit firm for my liking. The room also wasn't very soundproof, so noise from the street could still be heard.
I’ll share my experience with booking at this hotel. We arrived late at night as a group and requested five rooms — either double rooms or triple rooms for families with children. The staff showed us a sample double room and a supposed triple room for children with three beds. At reception, they initially claimed there were no triple rooms available, nor any rooms located near each other. After some time searching, they finally said they had found a triple room next to a double room. However, when we received the keys and checked the rooms, we discovered that both were just standard double rooms. When we questioned this and asked to cancel the booking, they insisted we pay for the night because we had “opened” the rooms. Another group traveling with us found that their rooms had no air conditioning. We decided to cancel the booking and move to another hotel. The rooms here are quite small and more suitable for young travelers rather than families. The place seems clean, but I would not recommend it for family stays.
The hotel’s breakfast was quite diverse. The room cleaning was more detailed than in many other hotels. However, after the Bolu disaster, I noticed that the necessary precautions had not yet been taken. The smoke detector in the room had been removed, and from time to time, there was a smell of cigarettes coming from the corridor and fan system.
