Stayed here for five nights with our two older kids in a separate room and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect - close to the city center but in a quiet area, much better than staying near the main square which can be unpleasant for families. The reception staff went above and beyond, even offering us free bicycle use during our stay. Breakfast was generous and the pricing was reasonable. The rooms are on the smaller side and cleanliness could be improved. You need to request housekeeping but it doesn’t always happen consistently. However, we had no noise issues and the air conditioning worked well. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families looking for a central but peaceful base.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel whose location was absolutely perfect. Nestled in a quiet area, it provided a serene escape from the hustle and bustle, making it ideal for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made the stay truly enjoyable. While the ambiance and service were top-notch, the room itself was somewhat basic. Small upgrades, such as a newer hairdryer, could enhance the overall experience. Despite this minor detail, the positive aspects of the hotel far outweighed any shortcomings. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent service.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have never been in a room with so many faults. Basement room with no soundproofing, could hear the cleaners at 6AM, the elevator at all times, and any conversation outside. The smell of smoke in the room was consistent throughout the stay. Holes in the towels. A shower head that couldn’t stay upright in a shower that wouldn’t drain effectively. A sink that wouldn’t drain at all. And to top it off, the staff were rude and dismissive throughout. Particularly one older gentleman. Really disappointed in this hotel, if it was a 2-star hotel I’d be understanding but 4? Come on.
