10 night family stay. We had a lovely 10 night stay here. Hotel is lovely rooms spacious, very clean and food and drinks are great can't fault. Lots of variety. Staff are brilliant always pleasant and happy to help entertainment team are fantastic the pool party on a Monday afternoon was really good all of the family enjoyed it. Grounds are kept very clean and tidy. Lots of sunbeds Available. Beach is right by the hotel which is great. Good location not far from the harbour 10 minute drive in taxi. We would definitely return. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The place is beautiful, with stunning pools that are a joy to relax in. The beach is just a short walk away, and the rooms are spotless. But the real highlight is the service – truly exceptional. I let the staff know I’m vegan, and they went above and beyond to provide me with delicious, varied meals at every sitting – always with a smile. All the staff throughout the hotel – from the bar to the pool activities – were incredibly kind, helpful, and went the extra mile. Honestly, every one of them deserves to be “Employee of the Month” – they do a fantastic job representing the hotel. There are lots of activities for kids, the food is great, and overall, it was a perfect vacation. Highly recommend!

Each day was different . Entertainment great one day and awful the next . When it was good it was great when it was bad it was awful no inbetween .Same with the food had 2 days where we enjoyed it on other days it's was mis match of items that don't go together . We arrived late and were told there were sandwiches in the fridge which were stale. Guy serving at the lobby bar wanted to charge me for a drink as it was after 12am bear in mind we paid full price for that day and got nothing really other than the room and some stale sandwiches. When we arrived there was a guy asleep on the floor outside the entrance pissed out his brains but we all found that quite funny including my 4 and 6 year olds. Snack bar was great for the kids though.Dont count on all inclusive alcaholic drinks actually getting you a little tipsy. I had to drink around 20-30 beers throughout the day to feel slightly tipsy.Never tried the al a carte but were told it wasn't all that. Beach on the back of hotel was rocky and not suitable for the kids . My eldest daughter cut her toe on the beach. Sliding doors on the main balcony are dangerous as they don't open until your literally walking into it. Saw a little girl put her hand on the door and it opened dragging her hand into the gap which could have ended a lot worse if her mother hadnt been quick to pull the door back open! Staff were brilliant especially the girls running the kids club and 2 women on the pool bar krystalla and katerina were great and very polite and helpful . Mika was great getting us involved in activities throughout the week. Place is very clean as were the pools which we all enjoyed . Kids loved the indoor pool aswell . Had some of kids toys taken and a football from around the pool but thats not the hotels fault really could of been young ones helping themselves not realising .Place looks amazing and it's nice waking up to the sea view every morning but it did feel like all flash with little substance for the most part. Our landing outside our room entrance was quite noisy due to big family turning up that were very rude and inconsiderate did mention it to reception but nothing changed . They were screaming and shouting till 2am some days jumping in pool . All in all we enjoyed it but would we go back for the price we paid ? Not a chance. That was the view of the few families we spoke to aswell. The 4 stars I've given is generous Edit Dipendra also deserves a mention such a nice guy always helpful !!!
