The hotel room was a bit small but that's what you generally expect for one person. The shower and toilet were very good and very cutting edge. What I didn't understand is that the personnel don't make your room every day but we'll.... perhaps it was my fault or I didn't follow the indications. Anyway, people at the reception were very kind and friendly. I'd come back again. Thanks for making my stay better.
Lovely hotel and staff, very pleasant and helpful. Great location, the courtyard was also great to come back to after a day sightseeing. Good breakfast too. Our room was lovely and bright but a bit on the small side for 3 of us and shower wasn't great. We would definitely come back though and would recommend. Thank you.
It was not a great experience staying at this hotel and I wouldn’t come back unless probably desperate. The price is not worth the stay and I wouldn’t classify this hotel as 4 stars either. First off, some of the hotel rooms are below ground and with limited lighting. We were unlucky enough to be placed in a room below ground whose view faces a staff closet under street level. The room design is nice and modern. Good shower pressure and comfortable bedding. But the walls are incredibly thin. The hotel doesn’t instate a curfew or even advise guests to be quiet, so it’s pretty much luck of the draw what kind of “neighbours” you’re gonna get. We were woken up multiple times, by other guests banging on doors, stomping on the floors above and even a hotel window cleaner who started loudly cleaning the window right near our sleeping heads and jolting us awake at 9 am. Not to even mention the ants on the floor and the inadequate bathroom design for the shower water to drain. Or the email spam from the hotel encouraging us to upgrade.
