Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Aberdeen Airport

We just spent a great night here. From reception, to bar to breakfast, the staff were exceptionally pleasant and friendly. Not what I expect at an airport hotel. The hotel was well appointed with a nice modern room and a great nights sleep. The buffet breakfast was great with plenty to choose and all fresh. We will definitely return

Would not recommend this hotel for anymore that 1 night. Rooms are dated, too warm, no air-conditioning or any fresh airflow. The rooms are not worth the money. Multiple people in the hallway were struggling with the heat in the rooms, leading to multiple rooms having their door open which led to noise (it was not warmer than 25deg outside..). Hallways weren't cleaned regularly after room service had been served leading to the hallway being full with used dishes and pizza boxes. Bar service is very slow. Staff not very helpful with regards to loyalty member perks etc. Late check-out has to be arranged on the morning of the desired late check-out, which makes no sense. Bathroom is ok, but not the cleanest, all dated. Breakfast is good, food served in the restaurant is good too.

Hotel is in a very convenient place from the airport or the offshore helicopter , lots of coming and going due to flights and helicopter departures , this is NOT a 4 star hotel the food is warmed up mass produced beef eater type stuff , I tried three dishes all were the usual burger pizza typical s . There were a few complaints from the guests due to noise from coming and going folks , and one of the ladies on the front desk I've seen more life in a tramps vest ,I had to basically do her job for her .
