Leonardo Hotel Belfast

I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable (duvet a bit too heavy for summer). Food was excellent. It’s in a great location for trains (Great Central Station just a 5 minute walk) and buses. Taxi stop outside hotel. Good location for walking around the city. Would stay here again when I come to Belfast.

Had an absolute incredible time! The staff were absolutely amazing with my little one. The first couple of nights we were in the room without air con which was really hot so we asked if we could move as we were not getting sleep and the staff were amazing to accommodate us and put us in a room with air con. They were so warm and welcoming and we really want to thank the guys who were working overnight to move us to another room and then the staff who cleaned our room and did the soft toys like the picture!!! He absolutely loved it and it really made his trip! He still talks about it! Can’t wait to come back 😊xx

It was fine, good location and clean enough overall. Staff were really helpful and lovely. There was issues with check in and our ‘executive’ room wasn’t great as it had a peeling headboard, a tiny window that didn’t open far and the AC wasn’t great. The room had a damp smell too, and the coffee machine and cups were dirty. We messaged ahead to say we were there on a little honeymoon trip as we were married 2 weeks ago, hoping to have a little special recognition as most hotels offer for this kind of one-off trip, but unfortunately the message wasn’t picked up. We couldn’t check in until well after 5pm due to rooms not being ready which was also a pain after travelling and exploring all day.
