This hotel is very clean and is located in a nice area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to the underground which is only 2 minutes away. Ideal location for visiting the main tourist areas around the beautiful city of Berlin. I would highly recommend this hotel for a city break.
Loved the older styling throughout the hotel that gave it class. The place felt older but was very clean and kept in great working order. The staff was always incredibly nice and helpful and if you need to buy public transit tickets, I'd recommend you do it from them as it is far easier than trying to use the automated machines.
Good location with a few hundred metres to the U9 which was great for exploring the city. Friendly welcoming staff upon arrival who spoke good English. Hotel very clean and tidy. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We had a good night's sleep. The hotel is a little dated but not too bad. Would recommend. We didn't have breakfast so couldn't comment about it.
