Leonardo Hotel Brighton

Great location for the use of trains and buses. If you are noise sensitive you might want to ask to be on the side not near the train station. Room was lovely and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. My only wish is that there was a mini fridge and ice bucket and ice. I’m used to that as it’s pretty much a standard at home.

Not a bad hotel, looks a bit shinier than it really is. The staff were very nice and the room was comfy enough. There were just a few little things that if I'm being picky just stopped it from being great. The shower gel and shampoo bottle in the room were old and didn't want to work. The toilet seat didn't want to stay open. The pillows were too hard from one, but too soft for two. The towels were scratchy. The breakfast was expensive, and not reflecting the price. The scrambled eggs were watery, the bacon leather hard and the sausages were cheap. There were no pastries, pancakes or fruit bowl and despite diners still eating was cleared away with military precision at 10am. It's a great spot if you want to be next to the train station, but a downhill slog to the lanes. It looks good, but could be better.

The rooms were clean, adequately sized, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel’s proximity to the station is a big plus. There’s also a market nearby, which is convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly. It’s a suitable place for families, but the price felt a bit high considering the location. Best for short stays or transit travel.
