Reception Staff were AMAZING. So friendly and helpful, made our stay 100% enjoyable. Location is perfect. The races were on and the streets were thriving into the night, we expected it to be noisy. However we had a room at the front of the hotel on 2nd floor and didn't hear a peep. Very close by Parking £10 for 24hr. Breakfast great with plenty of choice.
Great hotel in a great central location. The room we had was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you would expect. All staff were friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The bar area was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Very warm welcome. Good size room and bathroom - very comfortable. Breakfast was a little chaotic, hot wood wasn't replenished quickly when it ran out and some food was cold. However staff were friendly and helped out when asked
