Leonardo Hotel Düsseldorf City Center

We were welcomed very well at reception after a long day and delayed flight. Delighted with our room - very spacious, clean, water provided and bed very comfortable. After a good sleep, breakfast was a treat! Plenty of choice and the staff were attentive and kept themselves busy. We chose to stay here as close to the railway station and should we be back to Düsseldorf we will stay here again with no hesitation! Thank you Leonardo Düsseldorf, you should be proud of yourselves!!

We had an enjoyable five-day, four-night stay at the hotel, which is in a great location. It is a 5-minute walk from the train station and a 20-minute walk from the city centre. The rooms and facilities are clean, and the décor is modern. The staff is polite and helpful.

I was on a business trip to Düsseldorf and planed to stay a week at this hotel. The next morning, I found fleas/bedbugs in the room..... I immediately went to the reception to request a room change, but the staff did nothing to resolve the issue. They kept delaying, claiming that their manager was on vacation and asked me to come back later. In the end, I had no choice but to find another hotel on my own. Since I was on a business trip, I could only file a complaint with Booking.com after returning to the UK. However, I was shocked to find that the hotel had already closed my booking. I still have a video recorded at the hotel reception showing my conversation with the front desk, as well as photos clearly showing the bedbugs in the room.
