Leonardo Hotel Hamburg Airport

Well booking.com let us down and the hotel did not have us in the system. The front desk manager Sofia was fantastic. She found us a room, gave us free drinks at the bar and arranged for a free taxi to the other hotel. She was very sweet and helpful. I'm so impressed with her professionalism. Although we did not stay at this hotel, it was warm, welcoming, quiet and clean. Bartender was great too. I hope to stay in Hamburg again and actually visit this beautiful city. Big thanks to Sofia. Leonardo hotels are great!

We had booked a 1 night stay, for an early departure fra the airport the next day. Everything was really good, nice and friendly staff, great room really good location if you are going to the airport. We eat in the restaurant at the hotel again really friendly staff and great food for the price. It was also possible if you pay for it, to leave your car at the hotel while away for vacation. We enjoyed our time here and will most definitely came back again if we are scheduled for an early flight.

Place was great. Room was lovely. Food was okay. The bar staff were lovely, fun and good conversation. One of the night porters on the other hand, a larger bald fellow, was very unpleasant to myself and my colleague. He was talking over us when we were trying to explain an issue. At one point, he actually shushed me. I thought this was extremely unprofessional. Ruined an otherwise amazing experience. Mario, the bartender was amazing and great fun to talk too. I would probably return. Just avoid talking to the night porter.
