I had an excellent stay at Leonardo Hotel Hamburg — truly a 10/10 experience! The room was impeccable: very clean, modern, and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and very well equipped, a pleasure to use. One great touch was the tablet provided in the room — it gave access to the hotel menu, information about the hotel itself, tips about the city of Hamburg, and other convenient features that enhanced my stay. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hamburg — I will definitely return on my next trip!
The room was clean and everything was neat. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the bus station with quick access to the Barmbek U-Bahn station. We will try this hotel in the future again.
This hotel did not disappoint. Inviting reception area with complimentary coffee, tea, sweets and fruit. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing with a wonderful choice. Rooms were very clean and well laid out. The best part of the hotel was the staff. All of them were very friendly and thankfully spoke great English. However, one staff member always went above and beyond - Hassam was AMAZING! Not only really friendly but he helped us out with booking taxis, planning our stay and giving us advice. Thank you 🙂
