Rooms are clean and big. Breakfast was fine. The hotel is located across the river with a walking distance to the various offices. The hotel is located in a neighborhood full of grafitti which may feel a bit unsafe.
Don’t book here unless you want to burn your money. This place is the worst place I have ever booked. They have a horrible payment and customer service and I am still waiting for my refund from my cancelled booking even after 2 weeks have past from my cancellation. I had to call them multiple times to refund me my money and every time they say the do the refund I still didn‘t get my money back. If you are not after your money they dont care about the refund and the problem it causes.
Horrible experience. Had booked a suite but when we arrived, they informed they had allotted it to someone else. The lady at the counter was not helpful at all. Plus there was work going on at the 2nd floor. Noisy. Absolutely useless hotel. Bad location as well. Avoid!!
