Even though my stay was shorter than I origiannlly planned, it was a pleasant experience. The food is really good and the staff helpful. Will book again.
Convenient for office. Unfortunately I was allocated a smoking room and as hotel was full unable to change. Staff were otherwise attentive.
I stayed at Mercure Hotel Hannover Medical Park expecting the standards that typically come with a 4-star rating. Unfortunately, what I experienced was far from acceptable. The most shocking issue was the state of the toilet upon arrival visibly dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. (Photo attached for reference.) This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable, especially in a hotel that is located near a medical facility and should prioritize cleanliness. It made me seriously question the standards of housekeeping across the entire hotel. I raised the issue with staff, but the situation should never have occurred in the first place. A clean and sanitary bathroom is a basic expectation, not a luxury. Would not recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their cleanliness protocols.
