Leonardo Hotel London Watford

From the front door and throughout our stay the staff/team at this hotel were absolutely fantastic. Anything we needed whether that was information or things for the room, this proved no problem at all for the Leonardo hotel staff. The restaurant/food was prepared really really well, and was fantastic on both days. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Thank you all at Leonardo Watford hotel.

Wow, what a hotel never stopped here before but will definitely be back. Arrived one hour early my room was available So the very helpful young lady booked me in even gave me two complimentary drinks, which was a lovely touch had not booked breakfast, but she offered me it and Price was very reasonable Went to my room to unpack lovely spacious room with air conditioning decided to go use the vouchers and have a drink The barman was called Matthew(Matt) Fantastic guy, great personality very efficient very professional,he Tell me to go sit down and he will bring the drink to our table What a credit to this establishment, The manager who is hiring at The hotel is doing a great job everybody’s so polite so professional so engaging nothing was too much trouble The hotel so clean, All the staff are well presented Matthew guided me around the Buffy breakfast in the morning Really did have a great stay just wish it was longer Well done Will look forward to staying with you again

Exceptional staff and location and one of the only hotels in the area that really do offer air conditioning in your room (for that occasional heat wave or if you're like me and just need the cold to sleep). The breakfast buffet included a very good selection of alternatives for those with food allergies. Room was clean and bed comfy. I prefer an additional top sheet under the duvet and that is not offered here. All of the staff was exceptional and very professional. The location was the perfect walking distance to many restaurants and local attractions and rail stop. The rooms were very quiet and I didn't hear much noise from other guests except the loud door slamming. I'd suggest looking into swapping out the door closing mechanisms in your next remodel as I've stayed at other hotels that have taken care of this common issue, so I know it's possible to remedy. Similarly, consider adding universal electrical charging outlets that other hotels offer. The breakfast buffet seemed chaotic at times for one hostess to manage during peak rush hour. It would be relatively easy to determine the average peak times for each day and then ensure there is a backup to check everyone in who prepaid so somebody else can take care of those paying with the hostess. This hotel was the first I've ever been to in 40 years of traveling internationally that didn't offer smaller hand size washcloths (~ 9" x 9"). When I checked with reception, they said there were no options. I would suggest adding these to your laundry list to offer to guests.
