Hotel was close to the train station which was very convenient. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, they also had a great restaurant and bar. Coffee was always served and some fresh fruit in the lobby area. We stayed for a week. We have no hesitation recommending this Hotel. Visiting from Canada.
It is excellent, value for money. The neighborhood is quite, peceful and clean. Next to the hotel, the is a supermarket that makes life easier to buy some staffs.
We arrived at 20.30. We asked for a drink at the bar. Bar was closed at saterday evening? At 22.30 when we where planning to go to bed we saw that the bed was made for one person. The man behind the counter was angry that we had not reported it earlier. We have never experienced something like this before. How can you blame a mistake made by the hotel on the customer. Our booking.com was correct. I then made a comment about the service. He said that I better keep my mouth shut. After some grumbling we got another room. Ignorant and disinterested staff. I'm sorry to say.
