Leonardo Hotel Middlesbrough

5 Stars – Great Stay at Jury’s Inn Middlesbrough We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and want to say a big thank you to Sam, who made everything perfect. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and Sam took the time to explain all the facilities available. The room was excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We also made full use of the pool and spa, which were both clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. The rest of the hotel facilities were spotless and very pleasant. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and friendly service. We honestly have no complaints at all — everything was spot on, and we’ll definitely be back! Thanks stuart ❤️

Rooms are bog standard. £168 got us a "superior" room, ive honestly stayed in better travel lodge rooms, apparently what made the room 'superior was because we had a bottle of water, pack of biscuits and air con ! The pool is absolutely tiny and half of it closed of on a Saturday for kids swimming lessons ! On a positive note, the breakfast was beautiful, lots of options. Otherwise, I don't recommend at all and certainly NOT for the money charged.

Booked two rooms for two nights which they messed up. We paid for 6 guests but only received 4 beds for the first night. The excuse presented was that they had a lot of guests show up. Reception staff was not very helpful and tried to tell us to wait in the lobby the next morning while the rooms with proper number of beds were being readied. Overall old property with rude staff who did not apologize for their mistake or even attempt to try to make it right for the paying customer. One of the rooms had separate faucets for hot and cold water. Just a reminder for the management, we are in 2025, change the faucets. Would not recommend!
