Leonardo Hotel Munich City Olympiapark

I have stayed at this hotel over the past few days, and I have been extremely happy with both the service and the overall experience. I surprised my partner with a trip to Munich for his birthday and asked the hotel to help me with the surprise by decorating the room. This was arranged with the help of the Hotel Manager, Azra, who was incredibly accommodating. She also allowed us to check in early, as we arrived at around 11:30 AM and our room was already ready for us. When we entered the room, I was shocked at its size—I believe we were upgraded to a larger room, as I had booked a Comfort Room, not a Suite! This was truly above and beyond what I expected. It allowed us to settle in and enjoy a couple of drinks before heading out. I can’t thank this hotel enough for everything they did for us. They made our stay very special, and we are truly grateful.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is cosy and quiet, about a 15-minute drive from the city centre, with several nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby, making it ideal for a relaxed stay. The staff were exceptionally welcoming. A special mention to Camela and Alex for their professionalism and genuine helpfulness, which truly enhanced the experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although I booked a smaller room, it came with a private balcony, which was a pleasant surprise. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected throughout the stay. While I did not try the food, the restaurant was consistently full during breakfast, which is usually a good sign. The only area that could be improved is housekeeping, which could be a bit more thorough. Other than that, it is a fantastic hotel and one I would gladly return to.

Very good stay at the hotel, it is worth paying for a comfort room, with balcony and lot of space. The staff is very friendly, reception, cleaning and restaurant. The breakfast is fine, not great variety but surprisingly the coffee is good, also the opening times are very flexible which I appreciate. The hotel is very well communicated with the city center and railway station. The only thing to improve are the beds, too used and not really comfortable. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience afterwards at Leonardo Nürnberg, therefore I will cancel my membership today. Thanks to the Munich hotel staff for everything!
