The staff was very welcoming and after a long flight helped us to get to our room as quickly as possible! Also, the Advantage club is shock-full of rewards. Thank you for a great stay!
Very nice hotel: the rooms and bright and spacious, renovated and clean. Staff was friendly. Location is not great if you want to visit Frankfurt but perfectly fine if you have a car. Rooms are super quiet and bed is comfy.
