Leonardo Hotel & Residenz Muenchen

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, just what I was looking for. The metro station is only a short walk away, and there are a few shops nearby which was very convenient. My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I’d happily stay here again and absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Munich.

Hotel is located within a 5 min walk to trains. The staff helped me figure out how to use the trains. I sent them an email before I arrived and they told me exactly what trains to take to get to the hotel from the airport. Room was clean and bright and was cleaned daily . Staff was helpful . I got to the hotel very early and they held my bags for me so I could go explore the town. The fridge in the room was a nice touch. Very safe location .

The hotel is in a great location as there's lots of restaurants and the metro stop is nearby. The room is good for 2 people but it's becomes tight for 3. The staff doesn't know basic knowledge that is very common from tourists. We asked them questions about metro tickets and if there was a possibility to get one for 3 days and they told us that they didn't know and told us that we should go to the Hauptbahnhof for more information. We also asked if we could get breakfast at the hotel and pay extra to pay for it and the person at reception had to get someone else for help and we had to ask multiple times until what time the breakfast was available.
