10/10 – I had an amazing stay at the Leonardo Savoy Hotel Rotterdam! The location is perfect—central and easy to reach, with plenty to explore nearby. The staff were warm and professional, and the room was stylish, clean, and super comfortable. Breakfast was varied and fresh, with great coffee too. It felt like a 4-star hotel done right—elegant, welcoming, and very well-managed. Would definitely stay again!
My family and I enjoyed the hotel and it's surrounding. The safe environment. Mr. Jefferson went above and beyond offering an awesome customer experience. especially when needed. Recommendations. Offer a full menu. Like Hotdogs, burgers, ribs, pizzas, chicken, ice cream and cakes Room Service, room Service and room Service Self service laundry machine would be a great additional service. I spent over € 1200 euros ordering food that could have been bought at the hotel.
Good location. Walking distance to the market and some nice restaurants. Staff were unhelpful, and not motivated to assist hotel guests. Staff just stood around chatting with each other. Staff need further training in hospitality! Rooms are not cleaned daily, that’s something that needs to be requested. We asked for fresh towels to be sent up on day 3, but were told to come and pick them up from reception ourselves. Overall - very ordinary!
