My experience at the hotel has been great so far. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference when you're away from home. I want to give a special mention to Zara, who always goes above and beyond with a warm smile and a genuinely helpful attitude. It’s clear she cares about the guests' comfort and experience. Kudos to Zara! The breakfast has also been a highlight: fresh, delicious, and with a good variety to choose from. It’s a wonderful way to start the day. Additionally, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Absolutely disgusting. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel. Stained walls, with dirty fingerprints of unknown substances in the bathroom. Carpet stained with dark substances - same for the pillows. My room had no ventilation, and the air conditioner kept shutting off during the night. The shower had no water pressure and was just stuck to the wall: very inconvenient. There was also no toilet brush, so everything stayed dirty after each use. The sink was tiny, like in a bar’s public restroom. Also, there was no fan in the bathroom, so all the odors lingered. A terrible experience.

Not worth the money – disappointing stay We stayed at this hotel for one night and unfortunately, we paid more than what the hotel was worth. First of all, there was no parking available, which was really disappointing and inconvenient. The bathroom in our room had a bad smell, and the toilet made loud noises every time we flushed it. That was very unpleasant. Also, there was only one pillow per person, which is unusual—most hotels provide at least two pillows. The quality of the pillow and blanket was very poor. There was no complimentary water in the room, which is something you would expect, especially when guests arrive tired or late. There was no proper welcoming feeling at all. Overall, I was very disappointed with this hotel. I would not recommend it to others. You can find much better hotels for the same or even a lower price.
