Leonardo Hotel Swindon

First time booking this hotel having stayed at Swindon at other hotels many times. Colin is the go to person here. Very professional, Well mannered, Polite, courteous and exceeds all expectations from my experience having stayed at numerous hotels. The hotel itself looks and feels amazing. Very clean and modern. Spacious rooms for the price. A win win all round. Colin made us feel that extra special, not just another guest or number and so he accommodated us to exactly what we required for our big family. Informative in everything. Parking here isn’t convenient when their own car park is full but even though we had to use the multi story one it was well worth it. A well earned & deserved review. Really great hotel. exceeded expectations. all the staff were lovely. great central location. outside area could be a little nicer but perfectly adequate. rooms spacious and clean and most importantly in summer....AIR CONDITIONED!!! Honestly can't fault it. I'll stay Leonardo again for sure.

Great hotel and I’ve stayed in many different ones ! Unfortunately we only stayed one night, would have liked longer ! Very friendly and helpful staff in reception , the restaurant and room service.Lovely clean room with a good shower and the most comfiest bed ever. Wonderful breakfast with loads of choice . Car parking was very handy and close . Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone considering booking it .
