Leonardo Hotel Vienna Schönbrunn

Staff were great and answered every question I had. Room was beautiful. We were on the 7th floor with a balcony and it was so nice to have breakfast on and relax before the day ahead. Train station was literally opposite and so easy to travel on. Couldn’t hear a thing tho as the rooms were nice and sound proof. Breakfast had a great selection and was really nice, only had it on the last day but was worth the 15 euros.

Convenient location, excellent service We spent two nights at Leonardo Hotel Vienna Schönbrunn with my mother and my brother, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Great location very close to the metro station, it is easy to reach the city's attractions and there are restaurants nearby. The on-site parking option is convenient. The beds are comfortable, staff were helpful in all areas and we enjoyed the quality and variety of the breakfast buffet. Thank you for your nice hospitality! Overall, it was a nice experience to stay at Leonardo. Location is very close to the metro station and therefore you have the mobility to do anything you like. Rooms are nice ; clean and tidy. More importantly it exactly is as how you see on the photos. So no bad surprises. Service is average. Ofcourse you should not be expecting a 5star service as this is a 4star hotel but we had nothing negative, all was good. I have one complaint tho, there are no phones at the rooms. In case you need anything, you have to walk to the reception. I find this a bit funny honestly. I’d prefer to have phones at the room just in case… We had a breakfast included stay, we liked the breakfast buffet. It was quite enough. Oh also they have a supermarket real close, if you need anything you’d have no problem.
