Leonardo Hotel Vienna

We had stayed in this hotel recently and loved it. The bedroom itself is good, with the beds being comfy and the room being clean. The bathroom was good too, however, the only thing which was a bit worrying was shower being slippy. Though, staff were very kind enough to provide us with a shower mat, which was great from them. The staff at reception were so helpful and very friendly too, which is always great! The Breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of good food options for everyone. The hotel is located near good transport links as well as good food outlets and supermarkets. Will definitely try and stay here again if I visit Vienna!

We found the staff friendly and helpful and the location suited us being close to the Corvin Mall, eating places and underground train station. There was a bit of construction noise during our stay due to the hotel adding some new rooms but it was not an issue for us as we were out and about all day enjoying the sights of Budapest. We were very satisfied with all aspects of our stay.

Except for the cleanliness of the room on the third day, when we returned in the afternoon and it seemed that the maid had run away in the middle of work :-) and left her rag on the dresser, other than that, overall the room and public spaces were quite pleasant. The location of the place is excellent, for those who want to get around by public transportation, everything is very accessible. In the vicinity of the hotel you can find literally everything, down to the level of a pharmacy when I suddenly needed it.
