Absolute brilliant hotel. English speaking staff and they made us feel more than welcome when we stayed. They tried to pronounce my name Nigel in German and we all laughed about it.That was the start of a excellent experience at this hotel. The room, the food, the breakfast,the atmosphere, free mini bar!!! and the Staff.!!!!..10/10. I could have stayed here all week and if any UK residents who are VW fanatics...book this hotel trust me! The walls are a shrine of history of photos and canvases of VW factory Wolfsburg... Recommended to all.
Well it is a typical Leonardo series hotel. The service is somehow beyond and below your expectations. You have plenty of welcome drinks and popcorn and you find the room is not sound proof at all with noise from the roundabout is clearly delivered to your pillow. Breakfast has some interesting overcooked food like leftover from last night’s buffet. I’m no against pet but having a dog inside when others dinning and barks suddenly is certainly unpleasant for a morning.
Rooms are ok, big and enough room. A little out dated tho. The friendliness of the reception staff is questionable. Our first impression was not a welcoming one. We weren’t greeted very professionally by a blonde woman working the desk when asking about the parking. The bar downstairs is relaxing.
