The rooms are big enough for a couple and maybe one kid (unless the couple wants some room for stuff... and not be too crowded), the food is very normal... looks better then it actually tastes in 99% of cases, which kinda sucks but its not "bad"... just not "good" either. It's okay. The service is good though, and we had a lot of fun overall.

I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received at your hotel. As an Orthodox Jew, I expected basic respect for my religious needs and dignity — instead, I was met with ignorance, insensitivity, and outright disrespect. Your staff showed a shocking lack of awareness and courtesy. Whether it was how I was spoken to, the refusal to accommodate dietary needs, or the dismissive attitude toward my observance — it was unacceptable. This experience was not just disappointing — it was offensive. I will be warning others in my community to avoid your establishment, and I will not hesitate to share this publicly unless I receive a proper explanation and apology. You should be ashamed

Though the service was great, the room was in great need of renovation! Furniture and sofa bed were old and outdated, chipped and torn. Our room was the disability room as my wife uses a wheelchair and could not walk or stand by herself. Unfortunately, the room is not accommodated for disabled people. It's too narrow, the bathroom area is too small for a wheelchair, the shower as well. The rail is broken, and the water goes into the room. The bed is too high and almost impossible for a caretaker to assist the disabled person in getting into it. The bed wasn't clean as both pillows were with hairs...the noise from the main road outside was terrible, and it was difficult to sleep peacefully. We had a bad experience.
