I loved everything about our stay. Restaurants and food were delicious and plenty choices all day long. Waterpark was really fun and also all other pool always kept clean. Maid cleaned our room daily and she was very helpful and friendly. Our room was beautiful and clean. Thank you and we will see you next year!

The location is lovely, we have been to Paphos 3 times now and it’s always been lovely. The Leonardo Laura hotel was tidy, clean and spacious enough for my in-laws, wife and 1 year old child. The pools were lovely and clean with a pool bar at each pool making getting snacks and drinks easy enough. That brings me onto the food, which was lovely. There was a good amount and variety with clearly hard working staff and chefs serving the food. The restaurant idea is great, the burger house is honestly the best burger I have had in ages, despite never feeling hungry as we were all inclusive, I could have happily eaten another it was that good. We had a birthday party there which for £30 euros, they sorted out some balloons and a cake with my daughter’s name on it. It’s the small details that make the biggest impact. The rooms were clean and despite the air-con not working at first, this was swiftly adjusted and working again. We didn’t partake in the entertainment, but from what we could see family’s and adults were all having a good time. The entertainment team were interactive and had plenty of activities for people to join in on, which we did a couple of times. The Spa, really really nice. The staff there were lovely and the facilities were fantastic, I always have a massage when I am away now and the deep tissue is definitely recommended. The reception staff were lovely, Chloe helped us out with a problem and got this arranged no problem at all. I have no complaints at all, it suited all our needs and would be more than happy to book again.

The hotel is very disappointing! The food is of poor quality and lacks variety, the rooms are old and poorly maintained, and worst of all – the service! The staff is unfriendly, inconsiderate, and not helpful at all. Although we were explicitly told on the first day that we could extend our check-out or be offered an alternative solution (we are traveling with a 5-month-old baby), when the time came, they went back on their word and claimed there were no available rooms – even though on Booking.com it was possible to book a room for the very same day we were leaving! In short, we absolutely do not recommend this hotel. It is not worth the high price in any way.
