Stunning Views, Comfortable Stay. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the breathtaking view—high floors and balcony options overlook the Old City, Mount of Olives, and the historic Jerusalem old city walls. While the hotel is a bit older, it’s still well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. A peaceful, memorable place to stay in the heart of history.
We were blown away by our experience here: from the magnificent expansive lobby to the lovely big rooms and a breakfast out of this world. The staff are very competent, perhaps a bit short of staff for the busy summer period though. Ronit, the guest relations managers, is unbelievable and goes beyond and above for her patrons
This is one of the best places to stay in Jerusalem. The location is unbeatable. The staff is incredible. M y daughter and I had an amazing time. The rooms are large enough, the view is stupendous, and they really are thoughtful about making the experience wonderful. It is very family-oriented!
