Everything you need in one place, wide rooms suited prices the staff were nice and quick, huge dining room with variety of delicious food, the hotel location is probably the best in the area right on shore, highly active area with a lot of shops and local food, the view from the hotel is astonishing too
Friendly staff! Great food! Superb views of the Sea of Galilee! Nice TV (HD sports channels!). Air conditioning wasn't working properly in our room, so they upgraded us to a better room! Thank-you. (Particularly helpful were: Michal and Shams (dining room); Giselle, Indonil, Harsha (cleaners)). Only negative feedback : Not enough staff on reception. People had to queue for a while at times. Overall, 8/10. Very good!
They don’t offer parking although the website says they do. Almost broke my leg getting out of the tub due to slippery floor, super unsafe. Staff stole some of my wife cosmetics. Can’t sit in the balcony in peace at night due to a friggin factory noise across the road. Too expensive for what it is, STAY AWAY
