Leonardo Royal Hotel Cologne Bonn Airport

The hotel is truly in a unique location with its lush forest view 🌿✨. Its proximity to the airport is a big plus. But what truly made our stay special was Melisa Bakır at the reception. The hotel management is very lucky to have her—Melisa is an amazing person! She helped us with everything with such sincerity and warmth. Her friendly attitude, hardworking nature, and solution-oriented approach made our holiday much more comfortable and enjoyable. Many thanks to Melisa and the entire team. We stayed just one night at this hotel as a family with a 1.5-year-old child, and we were completely satisfied with everything — especially the room. Although our room was a bit far from the elevator, it wasn’t an issue since it was very quiet. There was a coffee machine in the room, and we also appreciated the wireless phone charger on the table next to the bed. The bed made a little noise when we moved, but it wasn’t a problem for just one night. The city center is only 15 minutes away by car, so the location is very convenient. Another plus is the many parking spaces available in front of the hotel. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely like to come back again. Great rooms and I got a good price thru Booking.com. Breakfasts were really good. Evening food was only ok. Gorgeous guest areas. Free airport shuttle. Only down side was the hotel is without air conditioning. Most days, that is not a problem. I was there when the temps were about 40c and the room was hot. The climate control in the room doesn't work because the ventilation system is not room by room, it is a common system for all rooms in that section of the hotel. Luckily,the desk gave me a portable fan to move the air. That made the temperature tolerable
