Leonardo Royal Hotel Düsseldorf Königsallee

I had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel Düsseldorf . The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, close to everything you might need. But what truly made the experience stand out was the incredible and supportive team. Every staff member I encountered was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was good. One suggestion I would kindly recommend is to clearly mark halal food options, if available. This would be a valuable and respectful addition for guests with specific dietary needs. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service—I would definitely return and recommend it to others.

Had a great mini break here. We booked a Junior suite which was nice. Only had a coffee pod machine no teabags/kettle. Probably should have asked. Large selection of hot and cold food for breakfast. Funky glass elevator. Clean and central for transport. Great bar called Alex across the street.

Staff at reception were super friendly and welcoming at any time of the day, same as bar personnel. Even the housekeeping were always greeting us with a great smile. This hotel is surely blessed with a great team! The rooms were fine but our shower had a leak and we flooded the bathroom, reception noted this feedback and responded in a professional manner upon checkout, to ensure we still had a good stay. I was missing decaff coffee or tea as an alternative at the room and even after asking at reception and the bar there was no decaff to find. Not a biggy but would be a nice to have. the location was perfect! Both shopping mile and old town were in walking minutes. I'd definitely stay there again!
